I’ve realized that I used to be W A Y more open about my life when I was in Tulsa. In which is the authentic me. I don’t like to sugar coat. Somehow in LA, I got affected by the culture of having this perfect image bc—-LA. But this year I want to be the real me in a whole ‘notha level, ya hurrrd? So who ready? I’m starting by posting less edited photos. The challenge is no filters; only brightness + shadow adjustments 😭 also. You know, I’m consistently learning that remaining flexible will always be something I wrestle with bc I like a plan. 🤼‍♀️ The plan is usually adjusted depending that season and man, sometimes old things just don’t work anymore. No filter today 😁 celebrating the 27th year of life by taking care of my body and having bomb skin. It starts with nutrition—-in which I want to focus more on this year. But for topical solutions, this is my secret. 😌 I have used @drbronner lavender soap for 2 years now and it has not failed me. Also love using @mariobadescu rose water right after and then applying my @kiehls ultra facial moisturizer. That’s it. For pimples, I dilute ACV with water. Use a tiny spray on my finger and apply. No harsh chemicals here!🙅🏻‍♀️ Trying to find facial SPF now that the sun is being even more brutal so drop your suggestions below.
